I specialize in a natural style of photography that makes rooms bright and shows off the size of the room without being overprocessed or distorted, retaining the natural light of the space without relying on it to do all the work. This allows me to work faster and cheaper than other photographers. Most houses can be completely photographed in 20-45 mins and are ready in 24 hours.

WHAT TO EXPECT
I try to grab at least 2 angles of every room (some small rooms, like half baths and laundry, will only have one) and deliver a minimum of 20 photos for every property. Larger homes usually average around 35. I shoot with the lights off using a combination of a long exposure and fill flash to create a naturally bright room that often obscures windows. (See portfolio for examples) This negates dirty windows and outside distractions—cars, trash cans, neighbors—but if your property has a view you would like to showcase then I will absolutely take a photo of it!
Some agents like to be present for the shoot, but I am absolutely comfortable going alone or meeting the homeowners there if you are busy. I am also comfortable moving / tidying things that catch my eye as “out of place” but ask that houses be as photo-ready as possible. (Here is a checklist to give your homeowners). Average houses take around 30 min to photograph, Larger houses take closer to 45/50 minutes but I block out an hour for every property just in case we need it. (I must have been a boy scout in a past life)
TURN AROUND
I know the Real Estate market moves fast. MLS Photos are turned around in 24 hours (48 at the most). Same Day Rush Delivery is also available for an additional fee. (I’ll let you know what time will be the earliest based on my schedule that day) Video turnaround is 48-72 hours.
TRAVEL
My normal travel area is 1 hour from Anderson, Indiana (This includes: New Castle, Muncie, Fishers, and North Indy). However, I am always up for traveling! I’m happy to go wherever my agents need me. (I’m regularly in Terre Haute, Bloomington, and Gas City) My Travel Fee is $25 but this is waived for regular clients.
SCHEDULING

(The best opportunity for open spaces is 1-2 weeks from listing, but I can often fit in houses up to the next day if your timing is flexible)
PAYMENT
All Invoicing is done monthly online. You can pay directly from your invoice with a credit/debit card. I also accept Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc. As soon as your invoice is updated, you’ll receive a paid invoice pdf for your records. I am also happy to provide a W9 if requested.
