A Little Bit of Everything All of the Time | Anderson Indiana Real Estate Photographer
Big houses. Little Houses. Elaborate Houses. Simple Houses. I love them all but there is a special place in my heart for older houses. I know whoever buys this house will change it. They’ll take out the carpet and paint the walls. They’ll get new furniture and install flat screen TVs. These photos don’t just sell a house. They’re a snapshot in time of a families memory and personality. It makes me so happy that I get to be the curator of these last little looks at a different time.

When Your House Used to be a Church
Ya’ll know I get all the unique properties and this one is no different! This house was bought as a church and converted into a house by a local contractor. Having grown up in many a church, it was so much fun to see what one would look like if someone decided to tear out all the pews and make the ultimate open floorplan. I am so lucky that I get to do what I do. I literally have the best job!
My Dream Home
Once again, Cara Huffman at FC Tucker Crossroads sent me over to a house that I wanted for myself. Back before our house became a boarding house, this was the kind of house my husband and I would have jumped at. A little house with just perfect for the two of us—and also a separate room for my office so that I could hide away and edit whenever I needed. A nice little living room and a nice little kitchen. *chefs kiss* Perfection.
A Kessler Dream | North Indy Real Estate Photographer
This was was my dream house listed by Debbie Argenta at Keller Williams Indy North. It sold in a heartbeat and she said the buyer took one look at the photos and jumped on a red eye flight to Indiana to see it in person. That made my day!
Real estate photography is an essential part of marketing a property and can make a significant difference in attracting potential buyers. High-quality photos showcase a property's best features and help it stand out in a crowded market.
In today's digital world, many potential buyers start their search for a new home online. This means that the photos of a property are often the first thing they see and can make a lasting impression. If the photos are poorly lit, blurry, or simply not attractive, it can turn potential buyers away before they even have a chance to see the property in person.
On the other hand, professional real estate photography can help a property stand out and grab the attention of potential buyers. High-quality photos showcase the unique features of a property and give potential buyers a clear idea of what the property looks like. This can help create excitement and interest in a property and make it more likely to sell.
In addition to attracting potential buyers, professional real estate photography can also help increase the perceived value of a property. Well-lit, high-resolution photos can make a property look more luxurious and appealing, which can help justify a higher asking price. This can be especially useful in a competitive market where every advantage counts.
Overall, real estate photography is an important investment that can help sell a property faster and for a higher price. So if you're a realtor, be sure to prioritize professional photography when marketing your listings.
