Why Should You Order a Digital Twilight Image for Your Next Listing?
In a sea of MLS listing photos, standing out brings you one step closer to earning the coveted click from buyers online, and twilight photos are a great way to catch eyes. Waiting for the right time of day and the right weather, however, can be expensive and time consuming. Time you may not have if your seller is wanting to list right away. That’s where digital twilight images save the day! Save time and money by converting one of your daytime photos into a twilight photo.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Digital Twilights save you money! It only costs $25 to add one digital twilight to your invoice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Digital twilights are typically done for the front facade photo for the property. It can also be done on backyard photos.
TURN AROUND
Twilight turn around will be the same as the listing photos.
TRAVEL
My normal travel area is 1 hour from Anderson, Indiana (This includes: New Castle, Muncie, Fishers, and North Indy). However, I am always up for traveling! I’m happy to go wherever my agents need me. (I’m regularly in Terre Haute, Bloomington, and Gas City) My Travel Fee is $25 but this is waived for regular clients.
SCHEDULING

(The best opportunity for open spaces is 1-2 weeks from listing, but I can often fit in houses up to the next day if your timing is flexible)
PAYMENT
All Invoicing is done monthly online. You can pay directly from your invoice with a credit/debit card. I also accept Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc. As soon as your invoice is updated, you’ll receive a paid invoice pdf for your records. I am also happy to provide a W9 if requested.
